Founded and lead a software startup dedicated to developing innovative mobile applications. I oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and UI/UX design to backend architecture and deployment. Successfully launched a portfolio of applications (including GalaxyFocus and TwoGether), managing cloud infrastructure and implementing scalable solutions to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.
IT Application Management Intern
During my tenure at Kale Holding, I spearheaded the design and execution of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI-Powered RFP Generation Protocol. Utilizing Python and transformer-based Large Language Models (including Hugging Face and Gemini API), I developed a system to process meeting transcripts and perform Named Entity Recognition (NER) to automate the creation of technical documents. This automation protocol was successfully delivered to the internal team for future implementation.
Management Intern
During my internship, I supported project managers in ongoing projects and contributed to maintaining the quality of software products delivered to customers. I analyzed project metrics, reported version quality to senior management, and conducted root cause analyses for process improvement. I also provided training on SDLC, metrics, audits, and retrospectives, and actively participated in team retrospective meetings. Additionally, I proposed a Mentorship Program for Junior HSD Campus Ambassadors.
